Germany’s Altmaier: Hope markets will see after ECB help that Europe will overcome crisis

 Responding to the European Central Bank’s (ECB) bond-buying announcement overnight, German economy minister, Peter Altmaier, said on Thursday, “I hope markets will see after ECB help that Europe will overcome crisis.”
