Germany’s Roettgen: Short Brexit extension almost certainly off the table

The German Conservative Party lawmaker Norbert Roettgen took to Twitter to applaud the UK parliament’s decision to vote on a range of Brexit options on Wednesday.

Roettgen said: “Finally MPs are taking control of #Brexit.” “Short extension therefore almost certainly off the table. This is good news!”
